Specialized Research Equipment available in MSERF

The JEA FabLab provides equipment for fabrication and prototyping, including lathes, milling machines, CNC machines, and related tools.

LandSouth Construction: The laboratory includes essential concrete testing procedures such as concrete curing ovens, concrete mixing, sampling, and compression testing, crack and rebar analysis, sieve analysis, slump testing, and materials mix design analysis.

Thermo Scientific Heratherm Oven
Large-capacity (400–750 L) heating and drying oven with high temperature uniformity. Designed for high-volume lab and industrial use. |
Quincy Lab Bench Series Oven
General-purpose digital lab oven with programmable controls. Used for drying, curing, preheating, and thermal testing. |

The Soils Laboratory includes essential soil testing procedures such as sieve analysis, soil consolidation tests, triaxial testing of soil, permeability testing, and shear testing of soil samples.
JEA Lab, Soil Box. A New Device for Testing the Performance of Buried Pipe
Wave Flume built for a Senior Project and used to study the behavior of water waves and their interactions with structures.
