ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Botanical Garden
Mission Statement
The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Botanical Garden fosters a reciprocal relationship between human well-being and environmental health: Advancing biodiversity, sustainability, and stewardship through living garden displays, education, research, and community engagement across the University’s natural landscapes.
Our vision is a campus where people and nature thrive together—where native and ornamental horticulture are preserved and celebrated, and every engagement fosters mutual well-being, ecological awareness, and lifelong learning.
ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Botanical Garden Highlights
The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Botanical Garden is free and open daily from sunrise to sunset. The gardens are located throughout the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ campus. We highly recommend that first-time visitors join our free Botanical Life, Art & Culture Tour ().
Visitors are required to follow ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Parking Services regulations. During enforcement hours, visitors can purchase a daily visitor parking pass. Parking Services currently lists enforcement as Mon.–Thurs. from 7a.m.–6 p.m., and Fri., 7a.m.–5 p.m. After enforcement hours and on weekends, visitors generally do not need to purchase a pass to park in visitor areas, although special-event restrictions and 24/7 parking rules still apply. Current visitor parking information is available here: /parking/visitor-parking.html
