Academic Year 2027 – 2028 Housing Contract Information

For Academic Year 2027 – 2028, admitted ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ students are in three separate categories for on-campus housing. Each group has a different timeline to access the contract in myHousing.

CURRENT RESIDENTS: 11/2/2026

This category is comprised of ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ students currently living on campus or contracted to live on campus in Spring 2027.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS: 11/13/2026

This category includes First-Time-in-College students admitted to ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ for Summer B 2027 and Fall 2027 not currently living on campus.

ALL OTHER STUDENTS: 11/13/2026

This category includes all other students not currently living on campus.

Note: The Summer 2027 Housing Contracts are separate from the Academic Year 2027 - 2028 Housing Contract. If you would also like to live on-campus for any portion of Summer 2027, please submit a Summer 2027 Housing Contract as well.

Once a student submits an Academic Year 2027 - 2028 Housing Contract, it is imperative that the student monitor their ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ e-mail account for specific information and timelines associated with the online room selection process, move-in appointment scheduling and other pertinent information.
