No permit is required from 5:01 PM Friday through 7 AM Monday, unless there is a special event on campus. To verify special events, . 

University Police Department enforces 24 hr./day 7 days a week for all non-permit violations. 

If visiting the Herbert University Center (Building 43) for a special event or class, no permit is required to park in Lot 16 (located in front of the center).

Parking Advisory Council

The Parking Advisory Council advises the Vice President for Administration and Finance on all matters impacting parking facilities and their utilization by the University community, including assisting in planning for adequate parking for the campus and examining parking issues on campus and make recommendations for resolutions.
