Fingerprinting
The ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ Police Department (ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµPD) provides Live Scan and ink fingerprinting services for employment, licensing, volunteer, and other authorized purposes. We do not do live scan for Concealed Weapons Licenses.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday, by appointment only
Identification Requirements
All applicants must present two (2) valid forms of identification.
At least one (1) must be a photographic ID.
Acceptable Photo Identification (One Required)
- State-issued Driver License
- State-issued Identification Card
- U.S. Passport or Passport Card
- Military Identification Card
- Government or Employee Photo ID
Acceptable Secondary Identification
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
- Voter Registration Card
- Vehicle Registration
- Marriage Certificate
- School Identification Card
- Credit or Debit Card (name must match)
Important Identification Notes
- Names must match on both forms of identification
- Expired or temporary IDs may not be accepted
- Photocopies are not accepted
Failure to provide proper identification may result in denial of service.

- Valid ORI number (Live Scan only)
- All required paperwork from the requesting agency
Fees
Live Scan Fingerprinting
$10.00Ink Fingerprinting (FD-258 Cards)
$10.00FDLE Processing Fees (Live Scan Only)
- Must be paid by the applicant through the Civil Applicant Payment System (CAPS) via credit or debit card prior to fingerprinting
- ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ PD does not collect FDLE or FBI fees
Additional Information
- Live Scan fingerprints are submitted electronically to FDLE and, when applicable, the FBI
- Ink fingerprint cards are provided to the applicant upon completion
- Applicants may be required to reprint if fingerprints are rejected
- Exact cash payment is required
- Services are provided for authorized purposes only
